The apartment’s amenities include an open-air garden, a rooftop observatory, a lounge with a pool table, a private cinema, gaming facilities including a PS5 and board games, a yoga room, a tranquil study area, and a gathering space.
The small kitchen area is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave, a sink, a kettle, a toaster, a trash can, and a refrigerator. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar with barstools, where guests can enjoy their meals.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, a mirror with storage facilities, and an integrated socket for shaving razors.
If needed, some of the furniture can be negotiated for transfer.
