£1250 per month + £40 bills
Hi, I’m a female second year UCL student and my roommate just pulled out of living with me due to problems with her family. The flat is a newly renovated, 2 bedroom place with garden access. It is 5 minutes away from Clapham North station (on the Northern line), 8 minutes from Clapham High Street Station (Windrush line), and 12 minutes from Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria line).
