Looking for someone to take over my tenancy urgently. It is a private 2 bed flat, with the remaining flatmate staying in the other bedroom. 

• Nearest stations are Camden Town and Camden Road. 
• It has a spacious living room, separate kitchen and a bathroom, along with a private, gated residential parking lot.
• The living room is already furnished by us.
• The double bedroom you will be staying in has a desk and chair, as well as a futon-style mattress. Feel free to furnish the bedroom to your preference.
• Note - bills are excluded
