A 3rd floor room (there's an elevator, no worries), spacious with full furnishing for a single person and has its own bathroom (ensuite room). Common kitchen space shared with 5 other flatmates (all students) and ngl is one of the largest in the entire accomodation. This is a Student Accomodation (an Intercollegiate halls of Residence). The rent specified is all bills included (council tax is exempted since we are students). The UCL East campus is just a 10 minute walk from the accomodation. The Tube station and Bus station (Stratford Station) are within a 5 minute walk from the accomodation and cherry on top, 2 malls (Westfield mall and Stratford centre mall) for all your shopping needs, right next to the Tube and Bus stations mentioned. The accomodation is constantly buzzing with a mix of events to make you feel at home. Please search "Eleanor Rosa house" on the internet.
