Room Lease Takeover for Male Postgrad

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Claredale House, a good spot for any student but especially perfect for postgraduates.

About the flat/accomodation: Claredale has 59 flats each with 2 - 7 bedrooms. The overwhelming majority of the flats have 4 bedrooms. The 4 storey building overlooks an internal courtyard with lockable front gates. Please note there are no lifts. Each room has broadband, is centrally heated, fully-furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, chair and shelving and has lockable doors. There are plenty of washing machines and driers. The building is managed by on-site residential staff who are available should there be an emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About you: A tidy, respectful male postgrad who is willing to move in during the dates stated in the description below

Location: Claredale St, London E2 6PF (flat is on the ground floor of the building)

Dates: I need someone to move in between the 18th and 20th April. You would be signing up to stay until 31st August 2024, with a room rate of £177 per week (next payment due on 20th April is £1416 this should cover 8 weeks of rent).

Flatmates: You will be staying with 3 very chill flatmates (they are all male postgraduate students)

Perks: There is a bike shed in the main courtyard. Bethnal Green Tube Station a 10-minute walk away (central line), and countless buses plus night buses linking you to the rest of London, you're never far from where you need to be. Tesco Express just 2 minutes away (and a bigger Tesco within a 10-minute walk)

Study Focus: Queen Mary University, London Metropolitan University, City University, LSE, Kings College, and the University of Westminster all within a short commute

Chill Time: When it's time to relax, you've got the Whitechapel Art Gallery, St Paul’s Cathedral, Oxford Street, Tower of London, and Tate Modern all within easy reach for some cultural downtime
