Postgraduate student looking for a room with my cat

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room to move into around late April or early May. My budget is up to £1100 per month, and I’m flexible with the area as long as it’s well connected. Ideally, I’m looking for a medium or large-sized room. A very important aspect for me is that my senior cat 🐱 would be welcome She is very calm, well-behaved, and litter-trained (she uses her litter box in my room).
About me: I’m a Master’s student, very clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I’m friendly and respectful of others’ space, and I really value a calm and comfortable environment.
