Offering a Spare room in a Shared Flat with a communal kitchen + shared bathroom now that the 3rd resident of the flat is moving out, leaving 2 remaining residents (myself included)
We are both 2nd year (male) UCL Economics students and are looking to find those interested in this spare room (with furniture) from January to the end of August (with an ability to have a guarantor).
This is within a 5-10 minute walk of UCL main campus, great facilities near by since we are located right in Kings Cross of which the flat offers great views of Kings Cross including of the St Pancras London Hotel via the shared balcony which forms part of the building's common areas for £287.50 per week (£1150 per month) .
