master bedroom with a balcony,near main campus

I am looking for someone to take over my Master bedroom, with an independent balcony within a 3B2B apartment at Phoenix Court, Kings Cross, Londo,NW1 1EL.

Current price: £395 per week. I am offering it at £20 per week (I will subsidise £75 per week to the new tenant,if you can cover the whole tenase,I'll reduce the price to 310/pw).

You are only paying from the date that you start the tenancy; the contract ends on 15 September 2025. 
Including bill allowance of up to £20 per week.

Walking 10 mins to Kings Cross Station and 5 mins to Euston Station&St Pancras Station. 
Walking 20 mins to UCL Main Campus. Walking 31 mins to UAL.
