£308 a week

Hello, I would like to leave my student residence around either on May 17th or 24th (the dates are negociable), but since my contract runs until June 20, the rules require me to find either an undergraduate or an affiliate UCL student to take over my room room if I leave early. It would be perfect for someone looking for a short term stay. 
It is a single ensuite in New Hall, with a personal bathroom and a shared kitchen ; as well as a common, a study room, and so on. The accommodation is very close to the tube station Caledonian road, and two stations away from UCL. Pictures and more details are available at https://www.ucl.ac.uk/study/new-hall (but do note, the new fees wouldn't be applicable in this case, it would still be £308 as it's a 2025/2026 contract).
