Hi! I’m looking for a student, preferably female, to take over my double room for late October/November onwards. It’s located in Walworth, which is just under 40mins from UCL by direct bus, and is in a lovely two-storey house with 3 other female students. Rent is £940 a month, not including bills. 

The house itself has a garden, kitchen, upstairs living room, washing machine and dryer. It’s slightly off the high street, but close enough so that there are plenty of shops, such as Lidl and Tesco, within a 5 minute walking range.
