Looking for a replacement tenant (girl) for flat near Mornington Crescent

Hi, This is a spacious 4 bedroom flat in Camden which is a 5 minute walk from Mornington Crescent tube station and less than a 20 minute walk to campus. There are currently 2 female UCL undergraduate students living there and I am looking for a female UCL student preferably in 2nd year to replace me for the start of term 2. The rent is £1175 a month excluding bills. The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. There is a separate bathroom which you will only be sharing with one other person, and there is a spacious living room with kitchen with a small dining table. There is a washer/dryer and microwave in the kitchen as well.
