For just 265 pounds/ week inclusive of all costs, this fully furnished room could be yours from March 30th to June 28th (13 weeks) The room is situated: IQ The Arcade Student Accommodation in Holloway which has given consent for my replacement with any other student.
The room is single and is part of a flat where 5 other guys (male) live sharing a spacious kitchen, 2 toilets and 2 showers. As I have no reason to stay in London beyond March 30th, I am looking for someone who would like to take over my rental agreement until the end.
