Hello, I am looking for someone to take over the spare room in my flat for the upcoming school year (26/27). It is a two bedroom flat by Regent's Park with a large kitchen, a living room and a shared newly-renovated bathroom. The closest tube stations are Great Portland Street and Warren Street but most of central London is easily walkable from the Flat as well. There is a gym near by (Gym Group) and several supermarkets (incuding the Lidl on Tottenham Court Rd). Bills are not included but are not too bad (11 per month for wifi, 30 for water, 4 for gas) and heating is covered by our rent.
A bit about me is that I am going into my third year as a history student. I am originally German so there are weekends where I go back home, meaning I wont always be there. In general you would not have to worry about me always being home as I am very active across various parts of campus and general London life. I am female and would prefer someone female to move in but if you are interested and identify otherwise I would be happy to discuss this. If interested I can also send you photos of the flat but I will not be uploading them here out of respect for my current flatmate.
