Hi everyone,
Me and my friend are starting third year and are looking for up to three girls to share with. It's a five bedroom flat in Regent's Park, around a 15 min walk to bloomsbury campus. We'd like our flatmates to be female, in our year or older preferably, and we'd like to be friends with our flatmates!
The prices are per bedroom, and we pay our rents and deposit separately, there's no joint tenancy involved, giving you flexibility to leave whenever you want with two months notice without ending the contract for everyone. And everyone has locks on their bedroom door. It's a 2 bath property with a kitchen diner over two floors. Every room is a double too.
We're both friendly and chatty and are hoping to be able to interact with and form friendships with our flatmates, but equally if you're quiet and keep to yourself that is cool too. Overall we just want some peace this year and no drama. We really don't care if you have people over (guys included we just dont want to live with them lol) and we probably will too, as long as everyone's respectful of sleep/work schedules!
