Spacious and bright private room with a private ensuite bathroom in a two-bed flat, centrally located in Clerkenwell. I will be out of the country from May to September and am looking for a female in their 20s to take over my room during this period.
The flat is fully furnished and shared with an extremely nice, organised female flatmate (and friend). It’s just a short walk to all major tube lines, with excellent bus connections directly outside the building. Near a bunch of amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs as well as various grocery stores, including Waitross and Tesco around the corner.
Set in a cool converted industrial building with large windows, the flat gets fantastic natural light and includes an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Very secure flat located on the second floor of the building, with elevator access.
Available starting April 27th to a flexible end date in late August early September.
