Female undergrad looking for flatmates/spare room :)

Requirements: -CLOSE TO CAMPUS - Walking distance to main campus (under 20 minutes walk, can stretch to 30 minutes) -Contract covers least 15th September - June -Max. total cost of contract including bills £12,000 (negotiable) Any number of flatmates. No psychopaths. About me: -STEM girlie with the heart of a humanities student - I know. -I'm relatively quiet to live with, I don't have many people over or throw parties (although I don't mind if you want to throw one) -I will be staying on campus till late so I'm really just looking for a cheap locationally convenient crash pod preferably with some form of kitchen (a fridge and a hob). -I have so many hobbies I'm sure we'll have something in common (or I can also play ghost flatmate who minds their own and occasionally appears in the kitchen) -As long as I don't get murdered in my sleep, and no rats eating me, I'm good about living conditions. Worst case scenario I use the SC showers and microwaves.
