Heyyy, I'm Nila and I want to run for Head of Culture for TSOC because Tamil culture isn’t something we celebrate once a year - it’s something we live. It’s in our language, our traditions, our stories, our music, and the way we come together as a community.

From music and dance to fashion, film and food, our culture is full of life and colour - I want to make sure our events reflect that. I have so many ideas to make cultural events like Pongal and Deepavali both meaningful and interactive, honouring their history while making them engaging and unforgettable. 

Most importantly, I want to create moments that people will remember at TSOC. The kind where the dance floor is full, everyone’s singing along, and we leave not only having had fun, but feeling proud of who we are and where we come from.
