Society of Engineering, Architecture and Design (SEAD): Welfare Officer

I am applying for the role of Welfare Officer because I believe that having someone who is approachable and supportive on the committee makes the society feel more welcoming for everyone. I believe that this role is well-suited for me as an empathetic and approachable person who always values the opinions of others, making sure that everyone feels heard and supported. As a Welfare Officer, I would be committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where members always feel comfortable to speak up and will help aid communication between members.
