Heyyy I’m Riley, and I’m running for Media + Marketing Secretary.

I grew up skiing and consuming lots of snowsports in person and online. Recently, I’ve been obsessed with the new-age media of snowports and I want to bring that exact feeling to our team. 

Why me

• Been into photography since I was 10
• Ran media + videography for my school + for big conferences
• Photography IG account (@witts.pics)
• Painfully Type A, so I can promise all plans will get done
• Different cameras to mess around with
• Canva demon
• Will photoshop your jump to look higher
• Big screen time = more inspo

Right now, our socials are good but they’re not the final form. We’re sitting on so much talent and personality that barely gets shown. If we start showcasing even an ounce of what the team is actually like, we’ll outshine every other snowsports account.

The account should be for more than just weekly announcements. I want an account with a recognizable aesthetic and content that makes a tighter community. I want our socials to show the reality of the team. Humor, training, wipeouts, nights out.

What I’d implement

• Fancy dress + night out highlights
• Get to know the team content
• Free submissions so everyone can contribute
