Helian Tam

Hello, I’m Helian and joining Parkour has made my university experience so much more fun, which is why I want to run for treasurer to help shape the society in the future!

I am quick to learn, highly organized and reliable. Running and organizing a club in high school, on top of other commitments has taught me how to effectively manage time and stay on top of tasks; a skill which I’m sure would be hugely useful.

Although I lack formal experience in managing finances :( , my skills as a (self proclaimed) cheapskate, and as obsessive checker of my personal finances Excel spreadsheet has taught be how to manage personal finances, a skill which I will definitely bring to the role. Overall, I would love to be on committee to help to shape the club in the future and keep it moving forwards! :)
