The padel society has been one of the true highlights of my first year at UCL!!! I remember vividly my first week, during which I met the padel leadership, at the clubs fair and later attended the taster session. Everyone involved has always been extremely welcoming and supportive from day one and for this reason I would really like to get involved in the committee to give back. 

Certainly, going to the UK Universities Padel Tournament in Bristol was one of the best experiences, it was great to bond with other members of the team and of course compete ferociously against our rivals… Through my role as Tournament and Trip Secretary I hope to be able to provide even more opportunities like this for members of our society, to improve in their skills, meet new people and participate in competitions. The padel society brings joy to my Wednesday afternoons and I hope that through my involvement in the committee I can also ensure that this is the case for you too!
