Election post
Music has been one of the most grounding parts of my time at UCL - I've had the absolute most fun both in the ensembles themselves, but also through becoming friends with everyone in the society, and I want to make sure it feels that way for everyone in our community.
As this year's Welfare & Events Officer, I've helped bring people together through our curry night, freshers game night, and potluck, learning what makes RUMS Music tick, which I hope shows my organisational skills, and working closely alongside Maanvii has given me a real insight into what the presidency demands, and I'm ready to step up.
As a member of both Accarhythmia and Heartstrings, I've really thrown myself into the society, and thus I'm so dedicated to make this experience amazing for everyone I've played/sang with so far. (And guys... I arranged the American Boy arrangement for Accarhythmia and Chordiac Arrest, which, admittedly, is a bit difficult but hey! At least we had fun :D )
With third year freeing up more of my time (#jobless), I'm ready to give this role everything.
