I’m standing for Sponsorship Executive because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building partnerships. I want to help the society grow by bringing in sponsors who can make our events bigger and better, and I’m ready to take initiative and see things through. As an academic officer for the Biochemistry Society, I’ve previously organised a Biohackathon, which taught me how to coordinate teams, manage logistics, and follow through on big projects. I hope to bring a fresh perspective to sponsorships, securing creative partnerships that not only support our events but also help organise a society-wide hackathon and many more events next year.
