Hi everyone, this is Lorrine! As an active participant in this year’s mentorship program, I'm excited to put myself forward as your next Mentorship Chair. 

Having gained invaluable insight into both industry and academia through conversations with my mentor, I am especially motivated to bring this high-calibre program to all MedTech enthusiasts. As a mentorship program lead, I aim to:

🌱 Expand the scope of mentors to include a wider variety of fields and roles, allowing more members to participate as mentees 

📜 Provide clear discussion guidelines for both mentors and mentees to ensure everyone makes the most out of their meetings

🔗 Host an open-to-all networking session for both mentees and other members to forge connections with mentors

🔨 Organise skill-building workshops where mentors will share their perspectives on finding your career path, crafting the perfect CV or polishing interview techniques

🎥 Film bite-sized videos with mentors to provide quick insights into what different MedTech jobs can look like

My experience in leadership and event organisation, along with my passion for making a change, make me the perfect fit for the Mentorship Chair role. With your support, we can shape the MedTech mentorship program into what you want it to be!
