I’d love to be ADM’s Marketing Officer because I genuinely enjoy turning ideas into content that people actually stop and look at. I’m big on clean visuals, consistent branding, and planning promotion properly so events feel genuinely hyped. I’d focus on making ADM feel active, visible, and a little bit iconic across campus, with posts that are clear, fun, and make you want to show up.

Since starting at UCL I’ve been designing posters and promoting events across MAPS, so I’d focus on making ADM feel active, visible, and a little bit iconic across campus.

Basically, I want people to see ADM on their feed and instantly know something good is happening.

ps. my screen time proves i’m already overqualified, so i might as well put it to good use.

vote me!! :)

Daniel Ahmadi

Hi there, my name is Daniel and i'm running for the role of Marketing Officer. After working on the promotion for the recent Maths poker night, it showed me how beneficial it is to see an event gain real momentum and strong attendance through effective advertising. Seeing people turn up, engage, and enjoy something that had been carefully promoted motivates me to take on a larger role and contribute more consistently to the society's growth.

If elected, I’ll prioritise clear, creative, and regular promotion so there’s always something exciting on the horizon. I want every event — from weekly socials and quizzes to competitions and talks— to feel visible, accessible, and anticipated. Through engaging graphics, countdowns, video teasers, and spotlight posts, I aim to build genuine excitement rather than just posting announcements.

I aim to strengthen the society’s overall brand so that events aren’t just well attended, but instantly recognisable as part of an active and thriving community. I also want to explore collaborations, expand outreach, and ensure we’re using all available platforms effectively to maximise engagement. Ultimately, I want to help create a culture where events don’t need chasing — people are already looking forward to them.
