I will be standing for the Treasurer of the UCL Voices for Children society because I would like to continue using my time at UCL to help raise awareness of critical global challenges affecting marginalised communities.

This academic year, I served as the Treasurer for the Friends of MSF society, which equipped me with key skills regarding fund management and leadership. I was also able to organise some charity fundraiser events like joint games nights with other societies (one of them being the very society I am running as treasurer for this year), efforts that I am proud of and that I hope will serve as a testament to my willingness and desire to help out for charitable causes.

I have watched the current UCL Voices for Children society work very hard this year and I am inspired by their efforts to continue their work in spreading awareness and raising funds for children's charities.
