I’m running for Client Relations Director because I want to strengthen the partnerships that allow the society to create valuable opportunities for its members. The intersection of healthcare and business is an area I’m particularly interested in, and UCL Healthcare Business Society provides a platform to explore how innovation, industry, and strategy come together in the real world.

Having served as a Client Relations Executive this year, I have developed a strong understanding of how the role works in practice. Through outreach, maintaining relationships with firms, and supporting events, I’ve seen first-hand how important strong external partnerships are to the society’s success. This experience means I can step into the Director role with a clear understanding of what works well and how we can continue building on it.

Alongside this, I’ve held leadership roles in other UCL societies, where I developed experience in organisation, communication, and coordinating teams. These roles have prepared me to lead the Client Relations team effectively and ensure outreach efforts remain structured, proactive, and aligned with the society’s wider goals.

As Client Relations Director, I would focus on maintaining strong relationships with our current partners while expanding our network by building connections with firms. By working closely with the committee, I’d ensure outreach and event coordination are efficient so the society can continue delivering impactful opportunities.
