FinTech Society: Client Relations Vice President

Hi, I’m Christina, a first-year Geography and Economics student at UCL with a strong interest in financial innovation and the intersection of technology and finance. I’m inspired by UCL FinTech Society’s mission to bridge students with industry through panels, workshops, competitions, and networking opportunities.

I am applying for Client Relations Vice President because strategic external partnerships are essential to the Society’s growth and impact. FinTech is fast-evolving, and strong connections with startups, financial institutions, and technology firms give members valuable insight into industry trends and career pathways.In high school, I held leadership roles in my Economics Society and actively reached out to sponsors to support events. This taught me the importance of clear communication, professionalism, and long-term relationship building.

If elected, I would strengthen and diversify the Society’s external network by engaging fintech startups, digital banks, venture capital firms, and technology-driven platforms. My goal is to build sustainable partnerships that support high-quality events and position UCL FinTech Society as a credible, forward-looking platform for future finance leaders.
