Film and TV Society: Archive Officer

Hi! I'm Cassia and I am a first year studying History.

I would love your vote for archive officer as Film Soc has such a vast and impressive history of student-made film, and I would love to help ensure that none of it goes forgotten and it is well taken care of. Especially as a history student, where it would be almost blasphemous not to have deep care about how we document and organise the past. 

Since I was 16 until recently, I helped sort out the archive of a social media company that has nearly 10M followers (@Historyphotographed). Over the years, I've learnt the importance of being accurate, organised and accountable, (especially as any mistakes were visible to a huge public!).  I would love to use these skills and help contribute to preserving the past, and shaping the present and future of Film Soc.
