Hi everyone!

I am Rahul and I study BSc Economics and Statistics, I've been fortunate to take part in many events this academic year within UCLe, and now I want to contribute much more actively to the society's workflow and events, because I see the massive potential that the VC fund has and I would love to work on it!!

The VC fund has been very inactive and I have a great desire to make it a core offering of the society, to do this I first want to update the form on UCLe's website (The date on the form is still from 2024!), and I want to improve the vetting process to bring the best ideas to light, this will include adopting ai strategies to evaluate feasibility and I plan to conduct research into relevant competitors and industries myself in order to test the legitimacy of applications.

Another key idea I would love to implement is continued mentorship and advisory calls after we have provided initial capital, this will allow UCLe to play a much more active role in assisting its founders, and also it will open the avenue of reinvestment for an actual equity stake, potentially allowing UCLe to generate extra revenue.

Regardless of whether I am elected for this role, I hope to continue learning within the society, and meeting more fellow creative and exciting members!
