Election post
The UCLe Business Games was one of the first competitions that I participated in after coming to UCL and it has been the best one yet. The event created an energy which I believe can only be felt by actual participation - the problem solving, the collaboration, and the shared pressure of it all. That experience left a real impact on me, and if anything, it made me want to give back to it. I know what the event feels like from a competitor's point of view and I feel that insight is extremely valuable when it comes to shaping the event when going forward. My aim is to see Business Games grow, with increased participation, bigger and better partners, and an environment which more members feel they want to be a part of. As it already does, I want to continue making it feel like a special moment in the society's calendar and not just another event. I am aware of the reputation that this event holds and I will do whatever I can to uphold it and build on what is already there. The foundation is already laid and the reputation is earned, I will make sure that it only grows hereon. Business Games meant something to me as a competitor, and if elected, I promise to make sure that it means just as much, if not more, to anyone and everyone who comes after.
