Stefani Naydenova

I am standing for WASH Design Manager because I really love our society, the people in it and the work we do. Being a WASH team member this year has been a lovely experience. I’ve learned a lot in the process, met lovely people and developed my skills. I am eager to continue doing that while contributing more and having more responsibility. I believe I am qualified for the position because not only does it require technical skills but also good communication ones. Given that we collaborate with other universities on our work, it is important to have clarity on the tasks and their distributions. I was the organiser of one of the largest international science fairs for students last year, managing over 215 participants, arranging travels for international jury members, raising funds, and collaborating with sponsors and media partners. The experience strengthened my leadership, organisation, and communication skills, which are all qualities I would bring to this role. Thank you for your consideration!
