Hi everybody, I'm Sarp. I’m running for Head of DJs because I really care about making sure everyone gets a fair shot behind the decks. Being kind of a DJ myself, I know how hard it can be to get your first proper set and how important those opportunities are. I want to create a structure where beginners, intermediates, and more experienced DJs all have space to showcase themselves, without it feeling intimidating or exclusive.

My focus would be on balance: open decks, skill-based slots, and lineups that mix different levels so everyone grows together. EMS shouldn’t just highlight the same few names, it should be a platform where people actually develop, experiment, and improve. At the end of the day, it’s about building a real DJ community, not just throwing events.
