As a FYR for the society, I am aware of how the society is run and the sort of academic events that would be beneficial for the society. Additionally, I provide a neuroscience background, which would help widen the scope of the society, brining in new, more diverse speakers. Biotechnology Society aims to grow as a society and as Head of Events, I believe that I can assist in doing so.
