Lacrosse Club (Men's): Kit Secretary

I never played lacrosse before university and starting it was one of the best decisions I've made. However, the main issue, especially at the start of the year, was kit. Both in terms of quantity and quality. In my opinion, lots of people who only joined for a taster may have quit prematurely due to a lack of kit or an uneven distribution which may have quenched their desire to play. A compounding factor was these said people taking kit and not attending further sessions meaning the club lost kit and was now unable to provide kit to people who actually needed it. Under my command, a new system would be implemented to conserve kit; which in turn will save money for the club in the long-term. With more money the president can use the money to book pitches for training sessions and what not. With more kit, people who do want to play will be safer and will be more likely to stay cultivating a healthy club microcosm. All of this culminates in a happier and more successful society as a whole.
