Korean Culture Society: Welfare Officer

I’m running for welfare officer because being part of Korean Culture Society should be a fun, welcoming experience for everyone. Whether you’re here to learn a new language, enjoy delicious food, explore K-pop, or simply connect with others who share similar interests, I want to make sure everyone feels comfortable doing that. University can be overwhelming , with all the deadlines, group projects, and exams. Sometimes you just need a break -whether it’s grabbing a snack, venting about life, or even getting a reminder to drink water.  As welfare officer, I’ll be around to help out where I can, offer a listening ear, and make sure no one feels isolated. I’ll make sure our society stays a place where we can, not only appreciate Korean culture but also support each other when things get tough. No one should feel like they’re navigating university life alone - we can make this year a lot more manageable and fun.
