The Jitsu club is one of the most welcoming and supportive communities I've been a part of, and I want to play an active role in continuing this atmosphere. I'm standing to ensure our club remains a place where people feel welcome, safe, and motivated to train hard. I'm enthusiastic about helping this club succeed and ensuring it delivers exactly what its members need. As President, I would listen to my members so we can advance as a club together.

We have grown in numbers, and our current training space is no longer sufficient. One of my top priorities would be find a larger dojo so we can train properly and safely. More space will allow us to improve our Jitsu and become more competitive and grow even more as a club.

We already have a great sense of community and I'd like to see us maintain these bonds outside of training with casual and enjoyable events. I want our community to support one another on and off the mats.  Additionally, I want to enhance the club's social image and presence within UCL and beyond.

I also recognize the importance of this role in representing the club within the UCL Student Union and TJJF. I intend to strengthen our relationship with the Student Union to secure better resources and recognition. My past experience in leadership roles at sixth form, including running a successful Dance Club that competed at events for 4 years, proves that I have the organizational and time management skills necessary to lead effectively.
