Hi, my name is Dhruv and I study medicine. I am applying for Sponsorship officer!
I am keen to apply for this as I thrive in roles requiring strong communication, collaboration, and organization. As the primary liaison for external partners , I will be networking and coordinating with external firms. My background makes me well-suited for this role. In sixth form, I founded and led a medical society, where I invited guest speakers from the healthcare field. This required effective organization, external communication, and event coordination. Additionally, I worked with teachers to plan sessions and engaged with peers to tailor content, enhancing my multitasking and collaboration skills which makes me well suited for this role.
As sponsorship officer, I will work closely with branches of committee to ensure seamless coordination between third parties for events such as Rangeela and upheld all contracts between third parties and the committee to allow the best experience for the members. I will work with my fellow officer to determine the best companies after having done extensive research. My involvement with the Hindu Society has been incredibly fulfilling; I felt extremely fulfilled after attending weekly sessions and Seva - an initiative I want to expand by working in tandem more companies to improve the impact the society has.
With my proactive mindset and dedication, I am confident in my ability to strengthen external relationships and contribute to the society’s growth.
