As president, HeMP's next chapter will be centred around the idea "but what can I do?". We will be a society that empowers students to take control of their future and make their voice heard by:

  1. Putting HeMP on the map as the London hub for students across disciplines interested in health management and politics, bringing together students from diverse backgrounds, driving meaningful discussions and connections.

  2. In addition we will leverage UCL facilities such as the Global Business School for Health, the Canary Wharf School of Management and the Department of Political Science to strengthen HeMP’s impact within UCL and wider London.

  3. This will give us the opportunity to increase the scope for networking, a key tool to this industry that will expand our reach and make HeMP a key London platform for career development in health management and policy.

  4. From this, we will establish a strong platform that enables us to cultivate the HeMP newsletter, creating consistent and coherent communication with our members & wider community as well as displaying current opportunities for students.

  5. Implementing workshops & CV building, will be instrumental in providing student support & career opportunities, equiping members with the tools to stand out in the field.

  6. Lastly we will lobby for a Leadership & Management iBSc, to deliver a world-class iBSc programme that meets the needs of the modern medical climate
