I am a 2nd year Astrophysics student. I started pole dancing about a year ago and completely fell in love with it. Therefore, I am really passionate in showing my fellow students how fun and therapeutic pole is. I want to contribute to running the society and making it the best it can be.
I am good woth numbers and organising which I think is useful for this position.

Over the past year, my love for pole has immensely developed, from being able to learn new tricks and meeting like-minded people who offer such a supportive environment. Therefore, I look forward to being in a higher committee position as a way of being more involved in pole and the community that surrounds it

I’m always in the studio teaching people new tricks (safely) and helping other committee members if needed. I would be a good vice-presy because I’m kind and reliable ?

Maintain the society’s reputation of being an all-inclusive, socially aware club. Next year I want to hold termly fundraiser showcases for charity. To improve diversity and representation I aim to run taster sessions that introduce pole to BAME, LQBTQ+, and disabled students

Weekend classes offering flow, strength and flexibility classes

Bi-weekly events that focus on mental health and wellbeing, for example, we all get together to paint or knit and discuss our feelings ?

Look into the possibility of running aerial hoop or silk classes
