Landing at UCL East this October is a new place to hang - City Mill Skate.
Right next to One Pool Street is City Mill Skate.
The unique space is full of permanent skateable objects, and makes a great addition to London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
City Mill Skate's part of a wider set of initiatives across UCL that seek to broaden participation in education. The idea is to change perceptions of what attending university can be like.
City Mill Skate will build a diverse community of skateboarders around the site of the future UCL East campus. This will include skate lessons, design and making workshops, DIY build test projects and more.
Update: The site is now fully open.
