- Ensure access is set correctly.
- If it's a long or complex form, consider allowing users to save drafts.
- If you want the form to show up in search results or have some explanatory text at the start, create a webform page for it.
- Are you collecting the user's e-mail address or name as elements on the form? If you only allow authenticated (logged in) users, it is not necessary to have those additional fields collecting the user's name or e-mail address - these will be automatically populated when you view or download the submissions. If you do need them, make sure they default to the current user's details.
- If you're collecting a group (e.g. club/society/network/student-led project/officer) then make sure you use an 'Entity Autocomplete' element rather than collecting by name. If the submission is about that group, i.e. leaders of that group should be able to see the submission, make sure the element's machine name is 'webform_access_group'.
