Go to "Build" tab for webform.
Edit the workflow element.
Scroll down to where each state is listed under "State:", e.g.
You can allow users to save their progress in completing a webform to return to later. This is useful for long forms, e.g. job applications.
Tip: Setting a field as "Required" in Webform's UI won't enforce it if the field is hidden by conditional logic.
