For team members to request travel reclaims, you need to create a fixture representing the match you played and link those members to it.
Go to your club's page - quickest is to find the club on your "My account" page.
Go to the "Fixtures" tab.
Click on the fixture ID, or the "View
Visit your "My account" page and go to the "Travel reclaims" tab.
Find the fixture you have been added to for the match.
