Logging in to your account

To log in to your account, click Log In on the top right corner of any of our webpages.

Scroll down to 'non UCL accounts' and type in your username and password which has been provided to you by a member of the team.

If you need to change your password, you can do so here.

Accessing and editing your Organisation Profile

Once you have logged in, select 'profile' and click on your organisation's name, which will appear under 'my leadership roles'

You can edit your organisation's profile including your organisation description, address, photos and banner image by clicking the 'edit' button on the toolbar at the top.

View, edit and create your volunteering opportunities

On your organisation's profile, select 'opportunities' on the toolbar at the top.

Here you can view and edit your opportunities (whether they are drafts, published or expired) You can also create new opportunities by clicking on the 'create opportunity' button. You will be asked to share information about what responsibilities the opportunity entails, time commitment, location, application criteria, accessibility information and the application process (how you will onboard the student after they have expressed an interest through our website). If you have any questions or are getting stuck on these fields, don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to help with your query.

Once your opportunity is ready, you can save it and a member of our team will moderate and publish your opportunity within a week. If we need you to make any changes, we'll be in touch via email with notes on any edits or additional information required from you.

You can head to your 'opportunities' tab to check the publishing status of your opportunities.

Checking for expressions of interest from students

On your organisation profile, select 'expressions of interest' on the toolbar at the top.

If students have expressed an interest in your opportunities, their names and email addresses will appear in a list. These have been redacted from photo below for privacy.

Now you can reach out to the students who have expressed an interest and onboard them as volunteers!
