External Competition/Fixture Request Form

The form is to request approval from the Sports Development Manager for:
a) Fixtures against teams external to UCL
b) Participation in NGB affiliated competitions

You should submit this request no later than two weeks prior to your planned fixture/competition date.

In order to submit this form, your updated core risk assessment (containing reference to external fixtures or competition) must have been approved by the Sports Development Manager.

If you are requesting participation in an NGB competition, you will be required to submit an additional risk assessment in this webform.

Please note that participation in BUCS/LUSL fixtures/competitions, TeamUCL Leagues or Project Active Social Leagues does not require approval via this form.
