This survey is designed and managed by Students’ Union UCL. We will use the information you provide in this survey to evaluate the work of the Advice Service, by measuring impact on service users and improve service delivery. 

All personal data collected for evaluation purposes will be pseudonymised before analysis and fully anonymised before publication, ensuring no individual can be identified in reports. Pseudonymised datasets may be shared with UCL academic departments that support our evaluation activities. Any data retained for these purposes will then be deleted in accordance with our retention and deletion schedule.
