Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract at iQ Sterling Court in Wembley Park. It is a Bronze En-Suite that is fully-furnished and comes with an ensuite bathroom. It is currently a 51 week contract from 5th September 2026 to 28th August 2027.

The location is 20 minutes from main campus by Metropolitan Line and is located close to a Tesco and M&S.
