£301.7 per week (bills included)

I'm looking for postgrad students to take over my tenancy for a single room at urbanest Kings Cross (contracted via UCL accommodation!) starting 9 July. Tenancy lasts until 12 September, and we can transfer the tenancy via the UCL Accommodation Portal! Perfect for a short-term stay over the summer.

All bills included. Shared kitchen (with an air fryer and a rice cooker) and bathroom. I also have a monitor and a guitar in my room (feel free to take them!).

30-minute walk to Bloomsbury campus, 6 to nearby Sainsbury, and 4 to Waitrose. There is also a bus stop for route 390 right downstairs.
