Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Canvas Arthur House, Wembley Park (HA9 0BP), as I'm considering moving into a shared flat with a friend.

- 11th floor, corner room with a lovely view and relatively quiet location
- £386 per week
- Official tenancy takeover through Canvas (I'll cover the £50 administration fee)
- Preferred move-in date: mid-November 2026, but flexible and open to discussion

- Around 30 minutes to UCL's main campus by Underground and walking
- 8-minute walk to Wembley Park station (Jubilee & Metropolitan lines)
- 2-minute walk to a convenience store and food court
- 4-minute walk to a Chinese supermarket and a larger grocery store
- Around 10 minutes to a large supermarket and London Designer Outlet
- GP surgery within walking distance
Building & community
- 24-hour reception with genuinely friendly and helpful staff
- Modern facilities and a welcoming student community
- Lots of UCL students living in the building, making it easy to meet people
- Regular social events organised by the accommodation team
- Responsive maintenance service — my shower was repaired on the same day I reported an issue!
The nearby construction work has become much quieter recently, and I haven't experienced the loud construction noises I was initially concerned about.
